Game Recap

The Cavaliers scored 17 runs on 13 hits on Tuesday, defeating Huguenot 17-0.

Zach Young collected four hits and five RBI’sin four at bats to help lead Clover Hill to victory. Young singled in the first, singled in the second, tripled in the third, and tripled in the fourth. Freshman David Coppedge was 2 for 3 and hit his first home run of his career while collecting four RBI’s. Jakob Burns was 2 for 2 at the plate with a double and two RBI’s on the evening.

Ben Lake earned the win for Clover Hill. He threw five innings, allowing zero runs, one hit, striking out seven, and walking one.

The Cavaliers will return to action at home today as they make up their game against Monacan at 4:30.
